We are contacting you because we want to be a part of your community and we (We are already participating at the Athens, Conyers and R-N-B locallygrown online communities. Also we have been accepted to join the Ybor City Farmer’s Market, and are in the screening process with the Saturday Morning Market at St. Petersburg.

We are Zócalo Salsas and we have a variety of Authentic Mexican Products, carefully developed from the menu at Zócalo Restaurant, our small family business (which opened its doors for the first time on July 4th, 1995).

Our salsas are Authentic Mexican Salsas, made with natural and fresh ingredients. We have a great variety of salsas, all rich in flavor, and each one different from the other, based on their unique ingredients. The peppers in our salsas vary from Guajillo, Arbol, Morita, Pasilla, Serranos, and others.

We feature Mole Rojo, a spicy, rich Mexican sauce made with over twenty five natural ingredients which takes several hours to prepare. Mole is the main ingredient in one of the most traditional meals in México, “Pollo con Mole” (chicken with mole), which has become a very popular meal in the US.

Our mission is to introduce our salsas as a healthy part of people’s every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner while enhancing the flavor of almost every meal. From scrambled eggs with Salsa Verde for breakfast, Chicken Burrito with Mole Rojo or Mole Verde, and Pasta with Arbol Salsa and sauteed shrimp for dinner.

The Salsa Roja and Salsa Verde are available in our 16 ounce containers, the Guajillo Salsa, Chipotle Salsa, Arbol Salsa, Mole Rojo, and Mole Verde are available in our 8 ounce containers, and the Pinto Beans are available in our 22 ounce containers.

We love having the opportunity to provide people with authentic and healthy Mexican recipes while being able to interact with them and get to know them.

We also featured Handmade tamales. Made with all natural ingredients.

We’ll be preparing our salsas In Largo Florida or Atlanta Georgia depending the circumstances.

We thank you for your consideration and hope to actually meet you in person very soon.
